In terms of section 212 (b) of the Municipal Councils Ordinance (Cap 252), I announce that the Programme Budget of the Kaduwela Municipal Council for the year 2019 has been placed on display for scrutiny by people from 25^th October 2018 to 1^st November 2018 (except on public holidays and Sundays) during the office hours at the Head Office of the Kaduwela Municipal Council.
