A Japanese delegation led by Mr. Yamadra Masao met the ruling and opposition councilors led by His Worship Buddhika Jayavilal, Lord Mayor for an initial discussion on donation of a few items of machinery necessary for the Kaduwela Municipal Council. Its coordination was provided by Hon. Prema Ranjith Perera, Leader of the Opposition.
