Arrangements have been made to conduct a celebration headed by His Worship Buddhika Thushara Jayavilal, Lord Mayor at the Buddhadasa Stadium in Pelawatta on 8^th August 2019 on account of the Kaduwela Municipal Council completing 8 years of service.
